OriHub provides a logistics operations platform that may include shipment tracking, financial reporting, partner management, and document storage. Features may evolve and are offered as-is.
Accounts are intended for legal entities or authorized individuals representing them. Self-service signups are subject to verification of email ownership and to administrative review before activation. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion if information is inaccurate, fraudulent, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.

You retain all rights to data you submit ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not disclose Customer Data to third parties except as required to operate the service or to comply with applicable law.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party dependencies may temporarily affect access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OriHub and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the fees paid by Customer in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time via the data-deletion request flow described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms with reasonable notice when feasible.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the email address registered to your account. Continued use after the effective date of the change constitutes acceptance.
